If you are lucky enough to be able to hire Surrey Building Maintenance, you will not be disappointed - the quality of all of their workmanship is to the highest standard. B&V’s wallpapering & painting skills are truly outstanding. They make even the most imperfect wall absolutely smooth and the way they make wallpapering seam- free is nothing short of wizardry. B & V are also scrupulously honest about time recording / costs, we have trusted them with a set of keys for months without hesitation and for good reason. They even came to us to report when other builders were not so reliable / honest when we were not at the house. Finally, they are unfailing polite, friendly and a real joy to have in the house - we will miss them once everything is finished on our major project in Parsons Green, Fulham (lasting already over 4 months). Nothing is too much hassle and they undoubtedly work too long/ hard and quickly (whilst maintaining excellent standards) for their own good - we have insisted they take some holiday before the final push on our job because it’s been exhausting just watching how hard they work.

 I live outside of The UK and I have left everything to Bogdan to arrange with my father. His work is nothing short of outstanding and he has bent over backwards to help me in the timeframes and constraints I’m faced with. He understands I need to get my 2 properties fixed up and rented out ASAP. The proof of the pudding was when the Foxtons agent commented that they would be contacting him and his partner the next time they need painting and building maintenance done.  We can't praise Bogdan and Valentina enough for the outstanding work they did painting and decorating our new home just before Christmas. They worked to a very high standard and were an incredibly efficient team – the entire house was given a facelift in just a week. Moreover, Bogdan was extremely helpful in flagging and resolving adjunct issues such as readjusting stubborn doors internally and externally, clearing blocked guttering, fixing a damaged wardrobe, repairing a dangerous step, resolving problematic staircase lighting... nothing was too much trouble. Bogdan also advised on how best to protect new carpeting from builder footfall and also on how to minimise costs on fitting new electrics. All of his suggestions were sensible and resulted in cost-effective improvements. Other than the high calibre of the work itself, what we appreciated even more was how genuinely pleasant our customer experience was with Bogdan and Valentina. They are both very personable, courteous and considerate professionals. As a result, the level of client communication was exceptional thoughout – we received regular phone or text updates on work progress and were immediately made aware of any matters needing extra troubleshooting. It was truly a pleasure to have Bogdan and Valentina help transform our house so quickly and beautifully. We cannot recommend them enough both on a professional and personal level and will not hesitate to use their services again in future.

 Bogdan and Valentina were fantastic. As we were moving into our new house, we needed a lot of work done, including flooring and tiling, painting, installing shelves, and electrical work. They were both incredibly professional and diligent, and we've found no faults with all their tasks. They also had really good suggestions for us, things we hadn't thought of but made our home that much nicer. It was also incredibly helpful of them to run to B&Q on our behalf and purchase the things they needed. I was really impressed with their knowledge and wide skillset. To top it all off, even though we kept adding to the to-do list and changing some of the requirements, they remained flexible and were able to finish everything on time! I will definitely be calling on them again!

 Bogdan’s craftsmanship and professionalism is second to none. He patiently advised me on colour and materials. Worked non stop to lay flooring throughout 3 storey house. It was fiddly and needed careful attention. Bogdan was incredibly thorough, very talented individual. Pricing very transparent and competitive. A real pleasure to work with and cones highly recommended. I’m getting lots of compliments on the floor.

 SBM did more than one paint and decorating job for our family His paintwork is artwork, he refurbished our flat, his choice of colours and his finishing down to steam cleaning the carpets back to good condition were more than we could have hoped for. At all times you are consulted on what is required and most suitable materials. There was some quite tricky work here but they found the best and most economical solutions.
